Hand Exercises – coming soon – Part 2

My hand problems would appear to be due to osteoarthritis. I don’t have any new exercises to share right new, but I’ve found the hand movements from bellydance to be very helpful for relaxing the hands (rippling fingers, wrist rotations, etc.). For the moment, the hand therapist had two suggestions: (1) wear a splint at night and as often as possible when I’m not working to rest the hand and (2) take a break from wire work, etc., every 45 minutes or so. We’ll get to some exercises after the hand has recovered somewhat.
