Shipping Policy

We generally ship within 3 days. Unless an item has to be made, it can take a week or longer, and we will contact the customer directly.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer on any returned items unless the item is misrepresented in the listing. See the refund policy here.

Domestic Shipping

USPS First Class $5/order.

International Shipping

Our products can be shipped to Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

The USPS international shipping cost is determined automatically based on the country a customer chooses.

Tax

HighClassHighway is not registered to collect tax in other countries, so for the items in our shop, it is NOT “applicable” for us to charge/include tax.

Therefore, our items DO NOT include tax.

All Customs duties, fees, VAT are to be paid by the Customer, and are not included in the purchase price.

Please inform yourself of CUSTOMS FEES/VAT PRIOR to purchasing, so neither one of us experiences disappointment.
